My 1 terabyte box has something wrong with the hard drive
my three sky Q boxes have lost the channels and the recordings it's saying it's lost signal and my main one terabyte box is telling me every time I try and pause that there is something wrong with the hard drive and I can't access it

If Your hard drive has failed your minis will not function.

Ordering a new Q box usually means a doorstep swap.
Don’t forget to keep your viewing card from the failed box if you order a replacement.
