My tv isnt working. It says it can't connect to the sky q boxes
Hi @ChevM That doesn't make a lot of sense. How can a TV know that it cannot connect to the Sky Q box? I would just double check that the TV is switched on to the correct HDMI port that the Sky Q box is connected to.
