Multiscreen inquire

I have just upgraded to the multi screen but I don't know what happens next do I get a mini sky box posted out to me or does a tv  man call to install mini sky box

Did you order a mini box at the same time? Ordering Multiscreen doesn't automatically order a mini box.,

Yes I think I did got a message saying it would be extra 10 pounds a month

That's the (discounted) rate for the subscription.  Ordering a Mini box is a different stage which you should have gone through.

Hi @Dav288   The extra £10 a month is for Multiscreen, not for the Mini box. Did you order a Mini box at the same time as ordering Multiscreen.

You'll probably also have to pay the (slightly ludicrous) one off £50 admin fee for the loan of a minibox.
