Multiroom

Hi i cancelled my multiroom last week as both our boxes kept going off and was taking 10/15 mins wverydau to reboot them so i rang up and cancelled now my hibby says i should of just got new boxes  can i ask for two new boxes and reinstate my multiroom 🤔thanks

Are your boxes Sky+ ones, if so you can purchase replacements yourself as you will not get these from Sky anymore. They also don't need turning of when not in use as they use very little power when on eco mode.

There sky q boxes but eveyday they would not switch on i had to reboot them which would take about 10 mind everyday and one is in my bedroom and hard to get to the electrics to have to do this everyday so i cancelled but now hubby says i should of just askes for new boxes
