Multiroom box keeps saying does not support hdcp changed cable,input even tv,done reboot etc etc,any

Sky mutiroom box keeps getting blue screen with a load of writing saying does not support hdcp and try another cable or input,done both and even bought new tv,done reset and reboot now gets blank screen as if turned off,you go to turn off box and the picture appears then goes off,switch the box back on and no picture,is the box faulty

@Gazza1995 do you jst have the one multiroom box or do you have any others. If you have more than one can you swap the faulty one with one that works and see if you get the same problem ?

Hi @Gazza1995 

With the mini box on with Green Led try pressing the following on the mini remote.

Home 1 0 8 0 Home

This will set the mini to standard 1080i resolution.   This may be more amenable to the HDCP issue.
