Multiroom box keeps glitching

Hi all, my multiroom box keeps pausing like it's downloading content. 
This happens regardless if I'm watching live tv, or a recorded program. 
It doesn't happen if watching Netflix or Amazon video though, so internet must be ok?

@Mikeal1 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

reboot your mini box

I have restarted the main box, the router and the multiroom box. All to no avail.

have a Network reset 

 

you can do this by going into 

Home > Settings > Setup > Network on the mini box 
Highlight Status and then select Reset. 
You should  be asked to press the WPS button on the nearest piece of Sky Q equipment so main box router or another mini the WPS will automatically start flashing on the mini box you are resetting the network on
