Multi room box

I ordered multi room on Sunday 16th and haven't received the multi room box yet

Hi @Lee+j5   Did you also request a Mini box, they don't come by default. People subscribe to Multiscreen to watch on tablets, phones, PCs etc. Can you see it itemised on your order confirmation?

Hi @Lee+j5 

You should be able to track your order in the Q box Home menu.

Press Home and scroll down to My Sky at the bottom.

On the Manage my account line the fifth tile in,   there is Track Your Order.

Failing this you need to speak directly to Sky.
