Hi, I have SkyQ in 5 rooms, 5 tvs. The main TV and Sky Q box is fine.. Of the four mini boxes, 2 have the red button when available the other 2 do not (it can randomly be any two of the four!) An engineer has visited, tried everything and left baffled. Any ideas how to resolve? Thanks
