Mrs Mary bailey

  • I am just asking sky I am an sky q customer and an carer I was told by an friend that I could get discovery plus free on sky but I need to speak to sky I am the main sky q holder I need to tell you  please could I kindly get an reply back   and also I recently call sky as I had an issue with my sky q viewing card it's fine but I think I could do an new sky q I am still occasionally getting the message

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.

Regarding your Discovery plus question it is free to all Sky Q customers. However it needs to be subscribed to (free of charge) and activated in accordance with the following link
