So I have sky TV and broadband and I'm moving house in just over a week, I currently have no SIM card in my phone and live alone so unable to call up to book the home move. Is there anyway I can do this online or I can chat to someone from sky to book the move in for me at all please?
thanks

that's the whole point of my post, I can't call at the moment. Can't even speak to an actual human being through chat either, they make it impossible to have a conversation

Unfortunately it's saying they can't do it over the chat at the moment 😩

Unfortunately, as @Daniel0210 indicates, even if you book a Home Move today it won't be actioned until June 13th at the earliest, so you may want to make arrangements for interim internet access (such as cellular data).

If you are using Sky Broadband then you do have 'a sky talk landline' because that's how broadband arrives.
What you may not possess is an analogue phone handset.

Which you can purchase for £5-£10 from retailers or somewhere like Argos, then you'd be able to call Sky and it will be free. Then you'll also have an emergency back up means of contact when you've moved.
