Moving home

I've recently sold my house and switched the tv and broadband over to a temporary rented property. I have now got the date for moving into the house I'm purchasing, 5th November. 
min the moving home section, it won't update to put in the new address in readiness for the move, it only says the more recent switch has been sorted.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

...and only 7 days notice may mean it won't be available when you move in.
