Moving home is impossible

Moved 2 weeks ago, booked a home move, apparently it was never confirmed, tried to contact support about 5 times and ive had such difficulty trying to book a home move, as the websites guide to it just crashes out on the final page and i have done it about 30 times, severly lost my patience, incredible how they have no support line to actually help their customers yet still rinse them of there money and CHARGE YOU TO CANCEL to leave there terrible service!
