How can we move our sky q box to the opposite wall as the cable is not long enough.

You can buy satellite extension kits of varying lengths from any of the larger hardware stores.

If you want the cable entry point to be moved to the opposite wall (assuming it's an external wall) Sky will do that for you at a cost of £65
