Moving House

I am moving house on 04/11/2024. Obviously I want to take my Sky Q box with me and continue enjoying Sky. Tried to contact Sky about this but with no joy. Please help.

Finally got through to Sky using my mobile phone even though the signal here is terrible. Got sent an text giving me an online adress. However when I went to that address it just said that I was not the prime account user which is absolutely ridiculous since I am and have been for several years now
