Move from Sky Q to stream

Unfortunately switching from SKY Q to Stream needs to be done over the phone 

Please may I ask what the problem is that the engineer feels you would be better switching ?

Thanks Cable needs moving as we are renovating the house and have moved things around.  Didn't want to start drilling through my new walls!

@Mickyp1 Make sure you research Stream thoroughly before deciding. It's a very different system, notably without Recording and not all of the same channels that are on satellite.
