More money taken out for my bill

I noticed last month you took over £200 for my sky bill I pay under 200 a month why did you take extra

We didn't take it. We are customers like you. A discounted deal may have recently expired or be ending very soon. Sky will have told you the date the discount was ending when you took it out. You could compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ.

If your discount has ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another 18 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount but if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available.

Sky is absolutely ridiculous took £200 out of my account and refusing to give it back!!  I want to know why I got more payment taken out overall in my contract you have charged me 10k absolutely disgusting

As above, we haven't charged you anything.  (We're other customers here)

 

They are probably refusing to give it back because it's correct?  Not sure what 10k relates to?

 

Have your discounts expired?  What your bills show?  Have you missed any payments?

No took money out every month past few months they need take £163 out each month. This month they took 2 bills out and refusing to give it back. My contract finished contacted them no longer to stay with them then they decided to take 2 payments all the calls are recorded which will be presented I would not come back to sky again! Brsk internet is so much better no problem at all. Sky always a problem and fake promises

Contract's don't naturally 'finish' - any discounts simply expire until you take action.

 

Did you actively give notice to cancel or use One Touch Switch?

 

If you didn't then your account is still active.
