Missing viewing card
I left my viewing card inside the old box which has been collected

I think you probably have Sky Q and not Sky+ where you originally posted. Sky+ boxes are no longer supported so wouldn't be collected by a courier.
Youll need to call Sky to order a replacement viewing card which will be posted to you.
