Missing second sky box

I have changed to sky Q. Previously had two boxes for the house  but I have been sent only one box instead of two

@MonirAkbarieh  Did you order a Mini box and also a Multi screen subscription, if not Sky wouldn't send one regardless of how many Sky+ boxes you had.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

When upgrading to Sky Q did you order Multiscreen AND a mini box? A mini box is not automatically included.
