Court TV has been removed from the channel guide today. We're sorry, we're not able to provide a reason for this; however, the broadcaster may be able to offer more information.
I can't spot anything in the Channels changes in the What's On group so I will tag @KevNewMedia to see if he can advise (it may be that I have not searched far enough back)

According to what I've read somewhere it was removed to do a reshuffle of documentaries and entertainment channels. If this is the case then it's a Sky decision rather than Court TV's doing.

There has been no reshuffle and non is planned either so whoever told you that was incorrect.
Your post has been moved to the topic at hand, you would need to contact the channels owners to find why this has happened.
