Just a quick question, has anyone else encountered this?
As a Diamond VIP member, I only found out that I had received some Sky rewards after they suddenly appeared in My bookings page in the Sky VIP app. I had no notification of the rewards, which turned out to be time sensitive, consequently the rewards were missed. The bookings page had been blank until March 2023 and was checked regularly.
