Missed Engineer in March - Not yet Rescheduled

Hi, I missed the TV enginner following my house move back on March 8th. I contacted Sky to reschedule and was told that it had been passed to an internal team who would reschedule and be in touch but I haven't heard anything.

 

I'm being charged for the TV service I can't use. 

 

I appreciate it's been a while but I had an emergency c-section and a bad time with my little one so time has completely passed by.

 

Is it normal for it to take this long or has something gone wrong?

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
