Minibox is dead

One of our miniboxes isnt working. Have tried switching it off, it says its setting up, tells me to press home when screen goes blank. Then it just says "no signal"

 

It's dead! 

 

Other minibox is fine.

Sky have sent a new minibox. Credit to Sky, new box arrived 17 hours after advising them of problem. Very impressed.

Hi @CAstbury 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
With the mini box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

Thanks for reply. Tried that and got screen saying screen 1 of 4 but  nothing else. Just stuck on that screen.
