I've set up my new mini q box a couple of days ago and it set up fine, this morning however it's now reset it's self for set up and won't connect to my main sky a box wen pressing the double arrowed button until it flashes so can't get any further in the connection process, I've turned off all boxes and reset them and it's not working so please don't advise me to do that process to try help.
