All 3 mini boxes didn't work today. Tried resetting network, no good. Main box and main tv fine. Looked on Settings Status. Sky go and mini boxes had x against them, saying I had no subscription. Called Sky. Had trouble really understanding bot operators. I guess India? No luck via their attempts to fix. I suggested reset subscription for multi and mini boxes. I was told to go to an email to accept renew facts. I didn't really understand but hit accept. I THINK I have renewed for a further term when I don't think i needed to? It didn't work so booked an engineer. Then low and behold all 3 boxes fired up! I am suspicious because I kept getting calls this week from a registered Sky number and wonder was my account turned off so that I was forced to contact Sky?
