Mini boxes not connecting to Q box

Had a power cut now I can't get the mini boxes to connect to the Q box. I've gone through all the steps but no joy. The Sky hub is showing all green. I have wifi on my mobile so that's not a problem. I also can't get on demand or catchup on the Q box. Baffled.
