Since this morning my 3 mini boxes cannot view any satellite channels. The apps work fine and they all say that they are connected to the main sky q box. 2 are connected via Ethernet and one is via WiFi. I have tried restarting all 4 boxes, resetting the network settings and also rebooting my non-sky router, along with all network hubs. They have all been working seamlessly for years.
The main box still works perfectly receiving channels, apps and guides and all relevant options are ticked in the settings and status menus.
I called sky and all they could suggest is the procedures I'd already taken. I now have an engineer visit booked for 2 weeks away but I was wondering if anyone can suggest an alternative fix?

hi @nifreaky
Often rebooting the main box followed by the minis does cure this.
Perhaps may I suggest you try a reset of your box :
press Home
Scroll to Settings - but do not press enter/select at this point
Press 0 0 1 in sequence followed by the Enter/ select button
you should now get the engineer's menu
Select Reset And Select the first Reset - Do Not select the 2nd & 3rd as those will loose any recordings you do have
Once you have reset your box you will need to re-pair your remote
To re-pair the remote press & hold 1 & 3 together & follow the on screen instructions - make sure it has line of sight of the box

@nigea99 tried the reset settings with no difference. So had to go for the no.3 Factory reset. And that worked!! I had loads of recordings dating back years but none that I was worried about losing.
I'll keep the engineer appointment just in case it is a fault with the main box and it happens again.
Thanks for the advice.
