Mini boxes & internet

Have been on the phone to one of your tech guys, around 9am /10:25am  today said due to the amount of issues I have with my mini box, he will arrange for an engineer to come out. Asked me to hold whilst he sorts out a date for one to come out.  I held on then the phone went dead & have not received a call back.  This is not the first time this has happened to me.   I had to put a complaint in last week, as the tech guy not only didn't know what he was doing but, left me hanging on to a different department, they didn't know why I had been transferred to them, they then transferred me somewhere else, kept me hanging & in the end I put the phone down.

that was a 2 hour call, which was totally unacceptable.   Please just sort my internet & broadband out once and for all.  You use to run a good service, not now, it seems to be going down the toilet & very expensive too !!

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
