Mini box
Hi
Mini box has been stuck on red for 2 or 3 years now. Absolutely fed up paying for a box I cannot use. I have done Absolutely everything that is advidised to get the red light off. Any other tricksvexcept 1 and3 and 7 and 9 and turning off and reset button and all the numerous hacks that I have tried? I revisit this issue occasionally over the years but it never works and I can never get any sense out of Sky. I just need them to send ke a new replacement box

So have Sky suggested a replacement mini box via a doorstep box swap or sending an engineer in all that time?
