Mini box wont connect to q box

There has been a technical fault for a few days - try this

 

 

On ur q box

Go to settings

On ur q box

Go to settings

Go to set up

Go to preferences

Then make sure standby mode is on ACTIVE

This will make sure ur q box gets updates and then try and connect ur mini box  - do ur network first, then connect to q box.

This might take 5 minutes or a couple of

hours but it worked.

@Veryuseful even with the stanby mode set to none or any other setting the box still receives updates
