Hi, my main sky Q is working (albeit problem with tv guide not matching the films that are on) and my 2 other mini boxes are working fine but my third is not working. Stuck on stand by, attempts to update software but then fails. Red light is persistently on, no green and my remote is fine because it is still operating the actual tv.
help?! X
