Mini box signal keeps dropping out or freezing

We have a summer house with a mini box in and the signal keeps dropping out.  We purchased an Ethernet cable and put it from the main internet router to the mini box thinking that may help with more of a solid internet connection 📶 Still no joy in the signal and it still keeps freezing. What am I missing so I can get a good signal in there ? We are on 3rd party internet 
Any tips are great appreciated.

Hi @Dom88 

If on 3rd party broadband and you want to connect a mini by Ethernet to your router then the main Q box  also needs connecting by Ethernet to the router.

If your main Q box is on WiFi then you need to connect the Ethernet between Main Q box and mini.
