Mini box sign in and Netflix problems

Each day I switch on tv on my mini box it comes up no signal although internet connection is ok . It can take me 30 mins to log in . Also since I moved Netflix to sky when I log in it's not my account and had Spanish names , the language is correct

Your netflix account has been hacked (or the wrong one is associated with your Sky account which Sky can fix so I've escalated this.)
