Mini box says I am not authorised to watch a recording, but I can view it on the main q box

I record formula 1 races on channel 406. Sky Sports is part of my package. I can play the recording from the main Q box, but when I try to view it on either of my mini boxes it says I am not authorised.

I can watch Channel 406 live OK.

I have tried re-connecting the min boxes by using the reset button. That makes no difference.

do you have UHD - if so 406 will be the UHD channel & minis cannot play UHD recordings

Many of us record both the UHD & HD version so we can watch on either box

Thanks. I'll try that. I never had any problem  playing channel 406 recordings on a mini box before Sky changed the router to fibre.

Yes, that works. Thank you.  I'm pretty annoyed about he new fibre router. Some of my apps won't work with it and I can't view UHD recordings on my mini boxes when I could on my old router.

SKY Q mnis cannot (& never could) display UHD recordings
