Mini box remote suddenly stopped working

Tried the 7 and 9 and 1 and 3 and turning all boxes off but remote just isn't doing anything, swopped batteries too.

Hi @Jamesp76p   First, have you power rebooted your Mini box? Does the led light up when you press the "?" button?

No red light works on remote control, it's not flashing and not doing anything, weird as it's always been fine and was working all afternoon
