Mini box not working

My mini box isn't working despite doing all the on screen prompts. My sky Q box is working. Has anyone got a solution apart from covering it with a coat and smacking it with a hammer 😂

Have you power down restarted (removed plug / switched off at mains) the main box & waited >30s before restarting ?

I ended up pressing the wps button on my router and that sorted the problem.
