Mini box not working

My mini box has stopped working. It was fine last night,  but when i tried now,  the red light is constantly on, did a reset on the main box,  switched the mini box off at mains,  pressed the reset button and still doesn't work. The light doesn't turn at all. My tv keeps showing no signal
