Mini box not working,  sky Q main box is saying its connected however mini box is showing red light. I have rebooted/ reset both . The remote is working but the mini box not responding  this only occurred yesterday. I wonder if anyone can assist

I have two mini boxes which randomly lose connection with the internet 

this has happened for the past two weeks 

reset sky Q box reset mini boxes and still cannot get a network signal on the mini boxes 

reset router many times and after  an hour of resetting they come back one by one 

can't figure out which reset is responsible for the signal returning 

will call Sky tomorrow evening
