Mini box not working. Remote also broken so replaced but cannot set up because mini box not working

Mini box will not come on. Remote broken so have new one but cannot connect it as mini box not working.

Hi @Clare58 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
Try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
