Mini box malfunction

Recent power cut 4 weeks ago.Since then no sky on minibox TV

Main Q box appears not to be connected to the internet router inspite of sky showing on tv.

I have rebooted both boxes 

I have tried to reconnect to the router x5 at least but it refuses to connect inspite of the correct password being submitted.
