Mini box faulty

My sky Q mini box in the kitchen is not connecting and appears warm

Turn both your Mini box and your main Sky Q box off at the plug for 30 seconds or so. Restart the main box, and when it has fully restarted, restart the Mini.

They are designed to be warm but you shoukd always be able to rest the palm of your hand on the top.
