Mini Box Fault 0002 won’t connect to main box

Mini box stopped working error message 0002. Tried all online guides to reconnect and no connection. 
Mini box replaced today and new box still reads error 0002 !

Have rebooted wifi, main Q box and mini box - still giving the same error message.

He aven tried to connect to mesh system via  Ethernet cable - still no joy!

Am throughly hacked off at this time as paying for a service that cannot get and absolutely no help from the Sky team - except for a new mini box tha won't connect
