You might get this message if Sky think you have an SD only box. SD boxes will no longer receive most subscription channels from October and Sky will cancel any accounts linked to them.
It's unusual for them not to know someone has Sky Q but must have happened in your case, just contact them to make them aware that you have Sky Q so you don't get cut off.
