Hi. I don't have Sky Q, I have the box with other smaller ones in the bedrooms. 
I currently have 2 faulty boxes & one controller. I've tried the app & calling but with no luck. Can you assist? Thank you

I think we need to establish what you do have?

 

SkyHD, Sky+ or Sky Stream?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
