Make new hand set work

Just had a new q box and it's working but it was in a cupboard and worked fine so how do I make it work now

If I've kind of managed to interpret that correctly...

 

Pair the remote by holding down 7&9 and then when it flashes hold down 1&3

Hi @Helen711   The remote must see the box during the pairing process. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-q-remote
