Made wrong order

I accidentally ordered sky stream instead of sky q could I switch to sky q it hasn't been installed yet I received sky stream box then realised any help would be appreciated.

You'll have to call Sky - as other customers we can't make any changes...

 

You will have to cancel and reorder I suspect.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
