MR104

Mini box will shutdown to fault page quoting MR104 error I scan box run test no change yet at exactly 6am service on mini box restored all apps Netflix Prime Paramount etc constant freezing or buffering

Hi @Guv64 Check that both SKYQ boxes  have standby modes set to Active or None as your problem sounds like the main SKYQ box is entering standby mode between 02;20 and 05:45 and is set to ECO mode?

This would stop the Mini box from connecting to the main SKYQ box, and showing the connection error MR104

To change your standby settings:

Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Setup.
Select Preferences, followed by Standby mode and select the setting you want.
