MR104 error ongoing for months ๐Ÿ™ˆ

I  having the same issue with the mini Q box. Followed every step, but this time it's not working. Beyond fed up with the amount I pay and come home in the evening to nobody available to talk or resolve the problem. 
I have followed every step outlined in the Sky site.
