Morning, I have been battling with my sky q box and mini boxes for about 2 weeks, my 3 mini boxes were not connecting after several attempts at turning everything off waiting over 1 hour one evening turning off wifi, up and down stair to press buttons, I gave in and watch fire TV, the boxes and TV were all showing full ticks for satellite and connection, our wifi is very good and nothing else needing wifi had any problems, however our mini boxes were saying no connection or dropping in and out every 10- 30 seconds, our sky q box was also making very unusual loud whirring noises, I read on one of your forums about clearing the hard drive, this has made things a little better, although the mini boxes are still having interruptions about every 5 mins for a couple of secs( annoying), The fast forwarding also jump about everywhere and it is not downloading things, tried to watch Attenborough the other night z couple of nights after it had been on, it only got to downloading 30 sec then stopped- **bleep** can I do,feel like the sky q boxes is struggling.
