Lost channel

STV channel has disappeared. Just a blue screen and a message saying - this channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal. I've rebooted but no resolution. I can access STV via the STV PLAYER app. but it a nuisance.

The most likely explanation is your dish slightly out of alignment.  Follow this: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
