Lost Sky Q box

Hi we have had our furniture in storage and have mislaid our Sky Q box but the engineer is coming to install our Sky in the new house next week. Will we need to payfor a new box?

Logically it's tricky to install something which isn't there...

The Sky person could theoretically put the dish and cabling in place without the box, but probably won't be happy with not being able to test it to confirm functionality.

Very likely. For non return (and therefore loss) it's currently up to £117 for a 1TB box, £135 for a 2TB box and £52 for a mini box.
